I.C.T Lab
The college has a hi-tech, state of the art computer laboratory. The aim of computer technology is to get the students acquainted with the latest information in computer technology.
Language Lab
A newly language lab with modern equipments has been setup in the college to improve the linguistic skill like listening, speaking, understanding and excellent presentation among the B.Ed and D.El.Ed pupil teachers under the guidance of the experienced language experts and hired professionals.
Psychology Lab
The Psychology Laboratory at the College thus plays an important role in ensuring the development of comprehensive
understanding of tasks and responsibilities for the prospective teachers/educators.
The college has a well established
Psychology Lab which has Verbal, Non-Verbal and Performance Test. Students are given practical sessions to
familiarize themselves with various psychological tests and obtain practical skills in their administration, scoring and
interpretation.
Psychology Lab allows students to collect data from human participants using the same resources as
professional psychologists. The student teachers are encouraged to enhance their awareness about the different
aspects mentioned and use their understanding to develop and consolidate the dynamic "profiles" that emerge about
the school children, the schools and themselves.
Mathematics Lab
A well settled Mathematics Lab has been setup in the college under the supervision of experienced subject specialists.
Here, the students can experiment and explore patterns and ideas.
It is enriched with wide collection of games,
puzzles, mathematical-gadgets, equipments and other teaching-learning material meant to develop and enhance the
inquiry-skills, probing question-technique and computational competencies of learners.
The numerous mathematics
aids are used both by the students on their own and with their teacher to explore the world of mathematics, to
discover, to learn and to develop an interest in mathematics. The activities in this lab consists to a wide range,
intended to give students a practical experience of doing mathematics and enjoying it too. It is a place to enjoy
mathematics through informal exploration.
Art Room
Art is more than creative expression which has been the dominant theme of art education.
It Provide artistic and
creative environment to carry various fine arts activities and prepare for various fine arts and black board writing and
sketching competition.
Art and craft is as essential as Sunshine. It is an indispensible part of child's learning process
and as vital as, nourishment of mind, body and soul. Our college has well equipped Art room which gives a fresh
feeling to students. They can express their feelings through art in a better way.
It has children with the development
of Motor skills, Language skills, Social skills, Decision-Making, Risk-Taking and Inventiveness. The Art connects the
students with their own culture as well as with the wider world. It encourages and stimulates artistic activities of
varied cultural inheritance. We create cultural and aesthetic awareness, through variety of folk and classical forms of
Art and craft. We value every child's imagination and inspire them for experimenting, taking risks, inventing and making new rules.
Library
The institution has a well stocked library with large no. of books and many national reference books to enhance the knowledge of our Pupil-Teachers. There is a good collection of Cds and VHS Video-tapes in the audio-visual section of the library as well. We believe that a good library is very effective in widening the horizon of the students, keeping them entertained, educated and well informed.
There are 9,605 books on Education and other subjects.
The liabrary subscribes 7 journals.
Playground
The college has a big & attractive playground and sport room. The sports room is well equipped with all the essentials for our students. It is equipped with volleyball and Badminton net. Games & Sports are compulsory for all the students. Provision has, therefore, been made for Indoor and Outdoor games and sports in the supervision of qualified lecturer in physical education according to the new NCTE norms. Every student must participate in one of the outdoor games.
Social Science Lab
Laboratory is very essential for teaching social sciences. S.st Lab provides a quick & needy knowledge to the students which is practical not merely theoretical. It contains charts and models prepared by our students.
A well equipped lab is helpful in creating a very congenial and suitable atmosphere for effective learning. It provides a work room for the pupil-teachers. The permanent display of charts, models and maps makes the teaching of social science, effective, lively and interesting.
Science lab
The college has modern well equipped science laboratory. The labs have the requisite, essential equipments for conduction practicals at the higher levels. The labs help the students to understand their concept with the help of practicals.
