Today we have, on the whole, a remarkably rich and promising
business scenario around us spelling out huge career opportunities
for those endowed with the qualities of drive, initiative,
innovation and creativity. The paradigm shift in favour of
globalize, market-based economy has radically changed the career
scenario for the young, talented and invigorated boys and girls.
Today, despite current phase of downswing which hopefully would fade
away soon, job opportunities still galore and transcend the national
boundaries. The new era coming on the wings of science and
technology is pervading fast the various segments of the economy.
And, it is there to stay. With it has come a total change in the
mind-set of our students. They are fully aware not only of the
tempting opportunities but also of challenges and threats associated
with the same. They need to prepare themselves well in time to meet
these challenges. The new rules of the game allow no room for
complacency. Here only courage, sagacity, determination, resilience,
skills and foresight matter. Only the ‘dreamer’ wins. |

The basic aim of JankiJi Institute of Management and Technology is to identify and develop management potential of young, ambitious boys and girls and prepare them for shouldering management responsibilities in the modern, complex business world. The thrust of approach to management education in the Institute is to emphasize the significance of adopting an ideal blend of professional competence and ethical values in dealing with diverse management problems. The knowledge gained as a result of exposure to the theoretical and empirical aspects of course curriculum is important. But still more important is to impart to this stock of knowledge a humane dimension – the touch of nobility in management education. The qualities of fairness, objectivity, compassion, team spirit, dedication and humility are what really distinguish a manager par-excellence from the rest. The Institute aims at developing these qualities through a carefully designed system of co-curricular activities and keeping a watchful eye on the ethical aspect of the conduct of its students.
