JIMT VIRTUAL STOCK EXCHANGE
It is intended to give to the students a feel of the elements of
risk and return that are associated with financial investment. In
the transaction account of each investor (student), a notational
amount is credited which is available for investment in specified
financial instruments. A nominal fee is paid by each student as
brokerage. Most efficient portfolios are awarded first and second
prizes out of the money collected through brokerage.
SOSCIO-CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
In order to cater the talent potential of its students, the
Institute puts special emphasis for exposing them to variety of
creativity and innovative activities. Programmes like Debates,
Declamation and Quiz Contests, Talent Shows, Introductory/Farewell
parties, Brain-Storming create opportunities for all-round growth of
personality.
JIMT ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
In order to promote a sense of belongingness and togetherness among
its students, both present and old, the JIMT Alumni Association has
been formed. It is expected to be a useful platform for exchange of
views and sharing information of mutual interest.
